Boa Vista, Brasil
We were on the hunt for a chocolate forward coffee that will please all types of coffee drinkers. After meeting many farmers, large and small, and cupping many different coffees, we decided to go for a blend of varieties of 6 different farms. Actually, there are only 3 different varieties, Yello Catucaí & Catuaí and Topázio. They are natural processed to bring out that sweetness you like in the cup. SanCoffee does some amazing work for the region and are B Corp Certified Company. They invest a lot into new technologies, as well as supporting a lot of grower families in the region. El Palto, Peru
Peru has long been ignored as a great specialty coffee producer. Over the last years, producers have put a lot of effort to overcome the image and great coffees have been coming out of Peru. We have been on the hunt for a while now and found a great partner with the Cooperative Jumarp. Owned by 23 producers of the region the cooperative supports over 300 producers and exports their coffees. This blend of four varieties is grown in the native Amazonia forest, which shades the coffee plants and helps to mature the fruit slowly. This again is reflected in the cup with delicate notes of pear, grapefruit bitterness and sweet caramelized pecan flavours. This is the third organic coffee that we will have all year round. Planadas Decaf, Colombia
The first coffee we think is worth drinking without caffeine. It’s delicious for any brewing methods and packs lots of flavour, nice acidity and heaps of sweetness. We are sure, that if served to you without knowing it’s decaf, you wouldn’t know the difference. Our Planadas Tolima is a sugar cane decaffeinated coffee. After being fully washed and dried, the caffeine is reduced through a natural process. Visit Coffee Page
